read the following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and                                                                 
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent

          SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6                                                                                    
          Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                                                         
          Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                                                                        
          concerning House Bill No. 36, relating to an                                                                          
          application for a license to operate as a dealer in                                                                   
          motor vehicles; and requiring a dealer in motor
